Project 1 - Kitchen Remodel in a 1970s Single-Family Detached Home

Scope of Work included replacing Cabinets, Appliances, Countertops, and Backsplash. Moved a couple of electrical receptacles, Connect new sink and faucet, Connect custom duct extension so existing floor register would discharge from island cabinet kickplate, Drywall repairs and paint.

Project 2 - Kitchen Remodel in a Condo on 8th Floor of a High-Rise Building

Scope of Work included a full gut kitchen remodel with new flooring in half the condo, New electric for kitchen, Reframed one wall, Drywall, Paint, Cabinet installation, Appliances, Refrigerator water line, New circuits for countertop receptacles and disposal, etc. Found a previous worker on the condo had cut the grounds to half the electrical receptacles in the place, so we fixed that too.

Project 3 - Partial Kitchen Remodel in a 1960s Structural Masonry House

Scope of Work was only part of the remodel as the homeowners did the demo of the cabinets and were doing the drywall and painting as well. The old asbestos tile flooring was in good shape, so we encapsulated it and installed a ceramic tile floor on top. Took care of the cabinets, flooring, trim, and electrical. removed 2 pocket doors and redid the jambs for open doorways.
